US Airways Adds Matthew Hart, Hilton President and Former America West Director, to Board
TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -- US Airways Group Inc. on Wednesday appointed Matthew J. Hart to fill a vacant seat on its board of directors.
Hart, president and chief operating officer of Hilton Hotels Corp., is a former board member of America West Airlines, which merged last year with US Airways.
Hart, 54, will serve on the board's audit committee.
US Airways shares closed down 74 cents at $47.30 on the New York Stock Exchange.
